Quick Tower's Story
Quick Tower was designed by Gerhard G. Feldmeyer, who has realized international architectural projects. In Quick Tower, sustainability was handled holistically and the quality of space was kept at the highest level.
Ecological and long-lasting materials were used in the LEED Platinum certified building. The healthiest living conditions were created, making the most of natural light and natural ventilation.
Designing Quick Tower according to the concept of balance and principle of urban context in architecture, Feldmeyer created a space where people come together in the courtyard and the lobby, feeling good and free. Feldmeyer focuses on balance as one of the most important foundations of architecture, and he understands that a project is successful if functional, aesthetic and economic factors are balanced, and Quick Tower is one of the best examples to this.Feldmeyer’s design enables the play of light and shadow in the large windowed space. A positive effect on the energy balance was achieved by shifting the layout 45 degrees to the north-south axis.
The building received LEED Platinum certification from the US Green Building Council (USGBC) for this feature. Quick Tower was also the first building in Turkey to receive 5 stars in Occupational Health and Safety from the British Safety Council.
Quick Tower received Cityscape Awards, European and International Property Awards, World Architecture Community Awards, and Arkitera Office Development Awards.
